1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ZovaDesk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using ZovaDesk on behalf of an organization, you agree on that organization's behalf.
2. The service
ZovaDesk provides a real-time customer support platform including live chat, a shared team inbox, analytics, and mobile and desktop applications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@zovadesk.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ZovaDesk to send spam, harass users, violate applicable laws, or interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in ZovaDesk. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.
6. Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
7. Free trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose a paid plan or your account will be paused.
8. Limitation of liability
ZovaDesk is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
